Lost City of Z: One Man’s Obsession with a Lost City In-Person / Online
A History Lesson With Prof. Ron Brown
British Major Percy Fawcett stumbled across a legend of a lost city of gold deep in the Brazilian jungle around 1910 and spent the rest of his life searching for it. In 1924, he, his son, and his son’s friend set out to find this city. The party was never heard from again and their remains never found. Legends say that Fawcett ruled over a vast Indian empire or that he was eaten by cannibals. The mystery continues to inspire today.
