Strength and Stability In-Person

This class is designed to help you improve your posture, mobility, stability and strength. The focus is on movements that increase range of motion, improve posture, and strengthen muscles. We'll also practice balance poses to help improve your coordination and prevent falls. This class is suitable for all levels. Please bring a mat or use a library-provided chair.
