An Art Talk With Prof. Thomas Germano
Fra Angelico, though trained in the late gothic painting style, adapted the new principles of the emerging Renaissance style. His artistic innovations are unique because he was an ordained Dominican priest who looked for the sacred as reflected in the world. This talk will also look at other early Renaissance painters.
