Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga In-Person

In this movement class, to be held Monday, November 3, and Monday, December 1, you'll increase your physical strength and flexibility; improve your balance and coordination; learn tools for relaxation and concentration; develop greater sensitivity to your unique state of body/mind; and discover how living in harmony with nature can improve your physical and mental health. No prior yoga experience is necessary. Please wear comfortable clothing and refrain from eating for at least 2 hours before class. 

Adrienne Bernstein is a Dance-Movement Therapist with over 40 years of experience leading movement-based programs with people of all abilities. She has completed a 500 -hour teacher certification in ISHTA Yoga with Alan Finger (Be Yoga) and recently earned certification enabling her to practice as an Ayurvedic Health Counselor from Kripalu Center for Yoga
and Health in Massachusetts.

Registration begins Monday, October 20, at 9:30 am, via the calendar. Class size is limited to 20 people. Adults only.
