Tai Chi for Longevity In-Person

Martial arts and Tai Chi instructor, Marvin German teaches the principles of Tai Chi and Qi Gong, focusing on developing physical strength, balance, and mental focus for people of all ages. 

Three classes: January 21, March 11 and March 25.

Registration begins Wednesday, January 7, at 9:00 am. Registration limited to 20 participants.
